Most of our Division III teams try to attend from between 1 and 3 tournaments throughout the season. Tournaments occur throughout the year and in various places all over the State. Tournaments are very effective at building team skill and game understanding. Tournaments provide opportunities play several games over a short period of time allowing our teams to practice and learn gamesmanship and strategy.
All Division III teams participated in statewide seeding tournaments the weekend of July 26th. Seeding tournaments are a series of 5 - 20 minute games intended to confirm that teams are seeded in the right flight of their division.
Tournaments are also availabe for Division IV teams. All tournaments played in California can be viewed at the CYSA Tournament Link.
